Quiet hours in Austin start at 10 PM which means no guests are allowed outside after 10 PM. We know it's gorgeous out there but our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term and the only way that works is if this rule is followed. This is a super quiet neighborhood and this is strictly enforced. We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds and we'll just ask for a picture. Pet Fee is $125 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please!
