During the summer months, the Texas heat often keeps the pool naturally warm, so additional heating may not always be necessary. Please note the heated pool does not reach hot tub temperatures. During colder months, outdoor temperatures may affect heating time and the final pool temperature. Our pool service team visits every Thursday or Friday for routine maintenance to help keep the pool clean and ready for your stay. Summer Pool Heat Rate (May–September): • Only $35/night Standard Pool Heating Rates (starting October): • $150 for the first day • $100 for each additional day To ensure the pool is warm and ready for your stay, we kindly ask that pool heat requests be submitted at least 48 hours prior to arrival. RULES For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy. We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds and we will just ask for a picture. Pet Fee is $200 (max 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please!
