Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds, and we will ask for a picture. Pet Fee is $150 (max 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee, as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful.
