Nestled in the vibrant and family-friendly neighborhood of Southtown/Lavaca, our spacious main house and cozy casita invite you to experience the best of San Antonio right at your doorstep. With a prime location that combines the tranquility of a safe, walkable community with the excitement of downtown attractions, our rentals is the perfect getaway for families, friends, and anyone looking to explore the rich culture of this historic city.

Your Home Away From Home:
Our property boasts a beautifully designed main house with 3 bedrooms, including 2 king beds and a room with 2 queens. (The Casita in the back is not available with this listing, however we have another listing that includes it and sleeps 10 if you're interested.) With two full bathrooms (the primary bathroom equipped with a luxurious double showerhead), our home comfortably accommodates large groups and families.

Other things to note:
Please be aware of posted signs by the pool. No lifeguard is on duty and you are to swim at your own risk. No diving in the pool and please be aware of children at all times.

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

NO PETS allowed in this property.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening.

Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.
